Here is the base polish Bonita Pear Me Up at two coats on it's own:
What a megawatt polish! This is super bright and it has this lovely silver shimmer running throughout. I picked up three polishes from this brand when I found it at Rite Aid, and I tell you- I really like the formula of these polishes. They're all one or two-coaters and they apply no problemo.

Girl I have been wondering about these Bonita polishes, I've seen a few neat sets at Ross but for whatever reason hadn't really looked up swatches or reviews (always meaning to though, lol). This one is great, dat shimmer!
ReplyDeleteHey girl, so let me lay it down for you ;) The ones that you see at Ross n stuff- I've tried those too- not sure if they are from the same brand, or if "Bonita Salon" is a completely different maker...but these ones(found at Rite Aid) are totally different- they feel different, lay different, apply different. The Bonita sets at Ross are all kinda thin and you know how you can just kinda feel when a polish has a lesser quality? I'd say they are definitely more of a tween kind of polish. But if you're like me, your curiosity might not be satisfied till you've tried them out yourself ;) Out of the sets at Ross, I think I like the L.A. Colors ones and the JLB ones better than Bonita. Hope that helps!
