Color Club Desert Valley Collection

The Color Club Desert Valley collection is just so good!  If you'd like to see my live application review of all seven polishes you can do so here:

 Grand Canyon(two coats)

 Made in the USA(two coats)

 Prickly Pear(two coats)

 Road Trip!(two coats)

 Rocky Mountain High(two coats)

 Route 66(two coats)

Westbound(two coats)

Ok so this collection was such a delight.  Yes, some of them were less opaque than others but I think that really works in their favor- especially for the polish called Westbound.  If I'm picking a favorite it has to be Canyon Country.  There just aren't enough polishes out there like it.

Have a great day!

Orly Adrenaline Rush Summer 2015

Today we're looking at the Orly Adrenaline Rush collection of 6 neons for Summer 2015.  Orly does neon polish in such a good way.  I totally recommend this collection and if you'd like to see my live application review of each polish you can do so here:

 Be Daring(two coats)

 Fireball(two coats)

 On the Edge(two coats)

 Push the Limit(two coats)

 Risky Behavior(two coats)

Thrill Seeker(two coats)

I think my favorite from the collection was the hot hot pink Risky Behavior.  It was just perfection.  I really enjoy the hot green but it could have a bit more opacity in two coats.

Have a great day!

Saturday Random Swatchfest 5/9/2015

Welcome to another Swatchfest where we look at 10 random polishes from my stash that haven't before been reviewed on my blog or channel.  If you'd like to watch my chatty review of all these polishes on my channel, you can do so here:

On to the swatches:
Sally Hansen Red Velvet is a gorgeous deep scarlet textured polish.  It's pictured here at two coats. A

Sally Hansen Mauve Over is sooooo gorgeous.  I just love this shade. It has a perfect formula and you can hardly beat the price.  This is two coats.  A

Butter London Silly Billy is a great tangerine shade that applies easily in two coats.  A

Julep Michelle is a divine deep navy.  This has a great formula and goes on well in one to two coats.  A

Wet n Wild Be More Pacific is a lovely teal green that is pictured here at two coats.  A

Sinful Colors Navy I Do is another navy to look at this week.  This is really stunning! I think I like this even better than the Julep, although they're both great!  You're looking at two coats.  A

Love this one!  This is Essie The Girls are Out which is a lovely raspberry mixed with fruit punch and there's some beautiful shimmer thrown in there too.  This could maybe use a third coat but I still really enjoyed it.  A-

China Glaze Mahogany Magic is a really interesting brown with some yellow/green tones in it.  It applies easily at two coats but I don't particularly care for this shade of brown.  B

FingerPaints Shower with Flowers is a super fun green-yellow glitter with lots of holo specks.  I particularly loved this over the navy blue.  A

China Glaze Skyscraper was my A+ polish of the week.  I love this deep indigo purple packed with silver glitter.  It went on easily in two coats.

That's it from me today.  Take care!

Colour Prevails Polish- Brand Review

Today's video takes a look at some polishes in the new Colour Prevails brand found at CVS.  If you'd like to watch my review of these polishes to see how they apply you can do so here:

Basically I loved these polishes.  Their formula was great and they applied so easily.  However, I do think they're overpriced for the drugstore and for that reason I probably won't pink up any more but I had a positive experience with every one.  So now that you know whether these polishes are worth your time, let's look at some swatches.
 Blind Date(two coats)

 Glamazon(two coats)

 Mr. Big(two coats)

 Privileged(two coats)

Wallflower(two coats)

Hope you found this review helpful! My favorites were Mr. Big and Blind Date.  See you back next time and have a fabulous day!
