Barely-There French Tip

Hey fabulous friends!  Happy Friday; so glad you stopped by to let me holler atcha today.  I had this itch to do a super duper teensy weensy french tip on the end of a burgundy nail today.  I went with gold and here's how it turned out- what do you think?

It's just so tiny that you can barely see it so it doesn't detract from the gorgeous burgundy red polish, but when you're looking close it just adds that lovely piece of interest that makes it really fun.

Here's the base polish- Revlon Forbidden- at two coats on its own:

It's kind of a crelly, so in my lightbox you could see through the polish a bit, but in normal lighting it looks really perfect with two coats.

Here's another version of this look.  Which do you like better?
